Ronnie: Prior to opening his own Brightway agency, Ronnie worked as a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones, Merrill Lynch and Fisher Investment. He has experience working with high-net-worth individuals providing counsel for financial planning and investments. Ronnie earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida A&M University. He and wife Quenita are proud parents of two children. Ronnie is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and sporting clays. Ron: In 2006, Ron was selected Executive Director-CEO of the Boy Scout Council in Orlando, a role he maintained for ten years, serving over 50,000 scouts. Prior to his retirement in 2020, Ron was the Regional Director for Boy Scouts of America, covering 13 states. Ron is still active in the community as a member of The University of Central Florida’s Advisory Board, former Advisory Board member of BB&T Bank and Co-Chair of the Winter Park Alumni Chapter, Kappa Alpha Psi Endowment Campaign. He graduated from Fayetteville State University where he earned his degree in business. Ron and wife Eileen have two children. He enjoys fishing, hunting, investing and golf.
